The past year to 18 months or so (I say this because last fall I was saying 'the past 9 mos to a year') I have slowly lost almost 25lbs. This would be really cool, and started off pretty nice actually, had it been intended. But as it was, I have put no effort into losing weight. It's just been happening. I didn't think to look into this until it kept happening. I am lighter than I have ever been ever since hitting full height. I was happy when I was 9lbs heavier. I was happy when I was 4lbs heavier. But I'm now worried that I will cross over into the 120s without meaning to, and quite frankly I don't want that too happen. Not only will I not look good, but I feel like there must be something behind all this unintended weight loss.
I looked it up, and they say that if you unintentionally lose 10lbs or 5% of your body mass in 6mo to a year, then you should see a doctor. I'm at almost 25lbs, or 15% of my body weight. ... So I'm going into the doctor tomorrow to get it checked out. Hopefully they just tell me to eat more. I could live with that.
